NEW to Pole Dancing? Done it before?

We have classes for the absolute beginner up to World Class level.

  • Bronze: Beginner
  • Silver: Intermediate
  • Gold: Advanced
  • Platinum: Elite

Learn the art of pole dance as you experience lifting your body weight through various pole moves. We run structured courses to allow each participant to build on new moves over the weeks, and ensure correct technique is practiced to provide a safe and fitness beneficial session. You will have the confidence to put all you have learned into a full dance routine of which includes poses, climbs and spins.

Pole Dancing is suitable for men, women and super heroes!


Lyrical Pole Dance

Challenge your cardio fitness and indulge in the smoothness of Pole routines.

Lyrical Pole Dance offers a more contemporary dance based pole class, which is easy to follow, fun and fat burning! Enjoy the challenge of creative pole dance and learn how to glide effortlessly around the pole.

This class is suitable for the Silver intermediate plus level.

Dance like nobody is watching.


Sexy Pole Dance

Learn a fun routine of which oozes sex appeal, slinky floor work and basic pole tricks. A confidence boosting, girl power class with slut drops, body rolls, hair flicks and twerking booty pops!

This class is suitable for the Bronze beginner plus level.

Dance like someone is watching!


Sexy Pole Tricks

Stand by! You are about to take sexy to a whole new level! Learn some explosive, jaw dropping flips, kips, and sensational hips! Clack the high heeled shoes, perform spins, and poses and throw down like you mean it!

Pole combinations up, on, and around the pole with a little floor-work work thrown in too! This class is suitable for the Silver intermediate plus level.

Dance like a sexy siren!


Play Jam

Alongside your weekly pole schedule, you can also come and enjoy some extra practice time.

Play Jam is a great opportunity to work on your favourite pole moves or perfect your pole dance routine. This class is an informal, non-instructional practice session.

Please note you must complete the Bronze Beginners Pole Course before attending this session, as you will need a basic knowledge of pole skills to benefit from this class. Pole Jam runs every Sunday on a drop-in basis, no need to book - just turn up.
